常进，别名常振寰，山西太原人。擅长漫画、美术编辑。曾主编《山西工人报》漫画与杂文和《山西日报》虎刺等漫画专栏。《山西日报》主任编辑。作品有《旁观者清》、《观棋不语》、《手术》、《岁月》等。出版有《常进漫画集》。
