潘文辉(1940.11—)别名阿辉，广东南海人。擅长漫画。上海华东电力报美编，主任编辑。1981年获工人日报漫画1 等奖。同年获日中劳动漫画展1 等奖。作品《欲速不得》获上海漫画比赛1 等奖；《问路集》获上海漫画1 等奖。出版《警钟》为我国第1 部电力安全生产漫画集。出版有《苗苗》、《奇奇奇遇记》，《荒画连篇》。
