岳忠亮，1978年生于山西省介休市。
2003年毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系。
中国美术家协会会员。
现为哈尔滨画院理论研讨 室主任，专业油画家，黑龙江省美术家协会理事，黑龙江省油画艺委会委员。
2004年，《都市兴奋》入选第十届全国美展，同年获黑龙江省第十届美展银奖；
2004年，
《都市兴奋》荣获第七届哈尔滨天鹅文艺大奖，获银奖；
2005年，《都市兴奋》入选第三届全国画院优秀作品展；
2005年，
《打工棋趣》入选全国第六届体育美术作品展；
2006年，《打工棋趣》荣获第八届哈尔滨天鹅文艺大奖，获银奖；
2007年，《在他乡》入选第二届中国——东盟青年油画创作大赛（被组委会收藏）；
