刘颖悟江西信丰人。擅长油画。1986年毕业于江西师范大学美术系，曾在赣南师范学院艺术系任教；1992年结业于地方 美术学院油画进修班；1997年结业于夏门大学艺术学院硕士研讨 生班，现为广东技术师范学院艺术设计系教授。系主任，作品《月子酒》入选第七届全国美展，《嬗变》入选第八届全国美展，《运动的启示》入选第四届全国体育美展。
