邵培文(1946.7—)别名邵金文，辽宁瓦房店人。擅终年 画。1968年大连师范美术专业毕业，在瓦房店市文明 馆从事美术辅导与创作工作，现任瓦房店市社会文明 管理委员会办公室主任。《甜蜜蜜》入选第七届全国美展；宣扬 画《抓好菜篮子关心人民生活》获全国宣扬 画展三等奖。《欢乐金秋》入选第5 届全国年画展，水彩画《牧归》入选第八届全国美展。
