远宏，1964年9月出生于山东诸城，1988年毕业于地方 工艺美术学院陶艺系（现为清华大学美术学院），2009年毕业于中国艺术研讨 院，获设计艺术学博士学位，师从清华大学美术学院何洁教授，现为山东艺术学院设计学院教授、硕士研讨 生导师、副院长，中国美术家协会会员，中国美术家协会陶艺委员会委员，山东美术设计家协会陶艺委员会主任，山东省济南市政协常委。
2010年，在北京恭王府举办“静水流深”远宏瓷艺展
2010年，参加第七届中国青年陶艺家作品双年展
2009年，赴日本东京艺术大学访问，并考察日本的重要陶瓷产区
2008年，釉下5 彩《宽香》系列在第29届北京奥林匹克运动会IABC中心展览
2008年，掌管 文明 部国家社科基金项目《淄博民窑艺术研讨 》
2007年，参加韩国举办的《中日韩陶艺交流展》
2006年，赴拉脱维亚参加联合国教科文组织的世界陶艺大会
2005年，参加在韩国举办的《中韩当代美术现状》展览，并进行学术交流
