包应钊(1930.8—)贵州贵阳人。擅长工艺美术。1956年毕业于贵阳师范学院艺术科美术专业。1958年进修于地方 工艺美术学院染织美术系。历任贵州大学艺术系教师、贵阳市工艺美术研讨 所副所长、高级工艺美术师。蜡染壁挂有《欢乐图》、《风情图》、《西江月》等。
