潘顺祺(1946.10—)上海人。擅长漫画。1970年毕业于上海交通大学。曾任《为了孩子》杂志美术编辑，现任古代 家庭杂志社副总编辑、主编。作品多次参加全国及国际漫画展，并获奖。作品《棋迷》在1982年全国漫画展览获奖。出版有《潘顺祺幽默画》、《奇思妙想》、《眇与BB》、《PP先生》、《又缘江南》(合作)、《不愿意 声》(合作)等。
