陈黎青，笔名黎青。山东文登人。擅长漫画。现任《济南日报》社美术主任编辑。
1970年参加工作，当过工人和宣扬 干事，从事过国画和版画创作。自1979年在《工人日报》发表第1 幅漫画起，正式踏上了漫画的创作道路，并构成 本身 的风格。5幅漫画作品入选第六、七、八届全国美展，其中第七届获铜牌奖，第八届为优秀作品奖。1991年在乎 大利安科那国际赛中获银奖。六次在读卖国际漫画大奖赛中获奖。在第十三届读卖国际漫画大赛中其作品《无题》获大奖，并应邀往东京领奖，成为我国首位国际漫画大奖获得者。另有多幅作品入选比利时、韩国等举办的漫画展览。共在国内外漫画大赛中获奖50余次，发表漫画1900幅。1990年由山东美术出版社出版《黎青漫画》集。1992年被评为“山东省旧事 编辑十佳”，“泉城十大杰出青年”，并被市委市政府授予“专业技术拔尖人才”称号，享用 国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。现为中国美术家协会会员，山东省旧事 美协副秘书长，济南市美协副主席，山东省美术家协会。
