田作良(1921.10—1997.8)署名石兵，山西大同人。擅长漫画、中国画。1936年后曾任抗日牺牲同盟会协助员、八路军岳北军分区政治部宣扬 干事、山西省委宣扬 部文艺处干部、山西省文明 教育委员会旧事 出版处处长、《山西日报》社美术创作员，省政协常委，省美术院名誉院长、省二轻厅顾问。1992年省委、省政府授予“人民艺术家”称号。作品有《接受》、《李逵》等。出版有《石兵画集》和多部连环画。
