吴兴宏(1932.6—)笔名吴琦、老5 ，辽宁营口人。擅长漫画。1958年参加北京市劳动人民文明 宫职工漫画组创作漫画，曾任地方 办公厅机要交通局副局长(正局级)。代表作《水深情长》等30余件漫画作品获中国好旧事 、联合国人口基金会及各报刊漫画比赛等奖项。出版儿童漫画、漫画图书10余册。
