王和平，（1961—）笔名玮平，山东潍坊人。电脑漫画创始人，擅长漫画。现为潍坊市宗教局副局长，潍坊市美协副主席。已发表作品3700余幅，1994年开始电脑漫画研讨 ，曾有多幅作品在漫画展中获奖。出版有《风筝漫画集》、《安丘纪行》、《诗配画》、《玮平漫画集》、《玮平电脑漫画集》等。
