安世明(1945.8—)北京人。擅长漫画。毕业于北京工艺美专。曾长时间 从事美术设计工作。现为北京美术家协会展览部主任，副秘书长。作品《打蝇》入选中国漫画展，《守法》入选第七届全国美展；《中华民族的骄傲》入选第二届中国体育美展、并为国际奥委会收藏。
