1948年生于上海，1969年毕业于上海出版印刷学校美术制版中专毕业。1969年至1985年四川印钞厂从事设计宣扬 工作任干部，1996年至1997年上海希尔彩印制版公司从事设计工作，1997年至2000年上海南市区健康教育所美术宣教工作。现为中国美术家协会会员、上海市美术家协会会员、上海市美协水彩画工作委员会会员、上海市东方画院1 级画师。曾在西安市中国书法艺术博物馆、台湾省台南市连信艺廊举办个展、上海市工人文明 宫举办《八人画展》。水彩作品《花市印象》入选第九届全国美术作品展，《放飞》入选第5 届全国水彩画展，《圆舞曲》入选第六届全国水彩画展，《佳节》入选纪念“毛泽东同志在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话”发表60周年全国美术作品展上海展，《乐山大佛》入选新加坡、中国。
