生于山东省，1990年毕业于山东艺术学院绘画专业，学士学位。中国美术家协会会员，现任教于福州大学工艺美术学院。长时间 从事西画、国画、民间美术的创作与研讨 ，近十几年来创作的作品多次参加全国重要画展及学术性展览并获奖，应邀到世界多个国家和地区参展，作品被国内外的艺术博物馆及画廊收藏，并在国内许多重要刊物上发表。许多作品在太平洋拍卖行拍卖。2004年应中国美术家协会，中国油画学会约请 前后 到法国、意大利、德国、比利时、荷兰、奥地利，艺术考察、参观、访问。
