马克佑，1957年出生，蚌埠市人。1982年元月毕业于安徽师范大学艺术系油画专业。
1982年元月毕业于安徽师范大学艺术系油画专业，现为：安徽省美术家协会理事，蚌埠市美术家协会履行 主席，蚌埠学院艺术教育研讨 室主任，艺术设计系副主任，副教授。现为蚌埠学院教师。
