吴斯嘉，男，汉。1948年10月出生于湖北武汉。特长 油画、粉画。现任韶关市群众艺术馆馆长、副研讨 馆员。
1968年毕业于广州美术学院附中，1985年结业于广州美术学院油画进修班。1968年毕业后分配至广东省曲仁煤矿从事文明 宣扬 工作。期间举办了多次职工专业 美术培训班和画展，培养了大批工作在生产第1 线的专业 美术作者，也创作了许多以煤矿为题材的美术作品。其中油画《来信》、《矿工1 日》在省美展获奖；油画《工友谊 》获首届中国煤矿美展二等奖，被推荐至波兰展出；粉画《煤山》、《歌声》分别入选首届全国水彩/粉画展和第七届全国美展。
1992年调至韶关市群众艺术馆工作后的数年内，组织多次全市美术展览及研讨、培训活动。同时坚持美术创作，其中粉画《大酒店》获1993全国群星美展优秀奖；《夜缤纷》获第三届全国水彩、粉画展铜奖；《山村日记》入选全国群星奖美展。
1982年加入广东省美协，1999年加入中国美协。现为韶关市美协副主席，韶关市书画院副院长。
