肖伟，籍贯广东平远，1971年出生于湖南湘潭市。2009年毕业于地方 美术学院壁画系，获艺术硕士学位。是中国美术家协会会员，中国壁画学会会员，中山市美协副主席。现为中山市文明 艺术创作室主任。
2014年，壁画《深夜的寓言》入选“第三届全国壁画大展”；油画《绿色的秋意》入选“2014第三届全国外型 艺术新人展”；国画《郑观应》入选“甲午·甲午———百年强国梦”大型主题画展，该作品被广东美术馆收藏；油画《秋意如歌》入选“广东省第5 届油画艺术展”；油画《冬日的雕塑》入选“庆祝建国65周年广东省美术作品展”；
2013年，色粉画《秋日的辉煌》获“群星璀璨·全国群众美术书法摄影大展”银奖；色粉画《暖和 阳光》获“广东省第六届水彩粉画展”铜奖；漆画《飘荡在空中的歌儿》入选“广东省第三届漆画作品展”。
