盛济坤(1934.12—)笔名刃侃，江苏武进人。擅长油画、中国画。1951年结业于华东军大美术系，后参加意愿 军任某部美术组长。1961年毕业于地方 美术学院。后任贵州大学艺术系教师、贵州艺术高等专科学校、贵州大学艺术学院油研室主任、副教授。作品有油画《炸不断的钢铁运输线》、《遵义儿女齐欢庆》，中国画《激浪飞筏》、《苗家节》、《苗绣》，丙烯画《盛装的苗女》、《永久 的辉煌》等。作品入选全国美展。
