林道福（1940.3—)笔名林力，江西人。擅长油画、美术史论。1961年毕业于江西师范学院艺术系美术专业。后任江西赣南师范学院美术系教师。教授，00年退休，05年返聘为江西师范学院科技学院美术系主人。论文有《中学美术教师的基本要求》、《浅谈中学美术教师的素质要求》等。专著《地方 苏区美术史》获文明 部第1 届文明 艺术科学优秀成果三等奖；《论苏区美术》获中国研讨 院美研所全国首届美术学术二等奖。对苏区美术有独到见解和深入研讨 。
