陈宁尔，旅美画家，中国美术家协会会员，1942年生于杭州，浙江油画研讨 会发起人及第1 、第二届理事，中国鲁迅美术学院外聘教授，1966年毕业于浙江美术学院油画系。曾在杭州市美术工作团从事创作和美术教育工作。杭州市文明 局艺术研讨 室干部。
