王玉琦(1958.6—)河北清苑人。擅长油画。1983年天津美术学院毕业后留校任教，1985年-1987进修于地方 美术学院油画系。1990－1995年，职业画家，中国北京。1995－1997年，职业画家，美国芝加哥。1997－如今 ，职业画家，美国纽约。现为美国职业画家，中国美协会员，北美中国艺术家协会会员，加拿大肖像画家协会艺术指点 ，全美肖像画家协会会员，美国肖像画家协会会员。
作品多次入选美国国际艺术博览会、中国油画精品展、国际艺术节等国内国际美展，部分作品被中国美术馆、中国军事博物馆等机构收藏。作品有《田野》、《野葡萄》等，《哦，香雪》获第三届全国连环画创作三等奖。出版有《中国油画肖像百年》、《中国油画5 十年》、《王玉琦作品选》、《中国油画》、《中国百人中青年艺术家作品》、《中国古典主义油画》、《王玉琦油画技法》等。
