秦岭，北京通县人。擅长壁画、油画。生于北京，1948年入国立艺专绘画系学习，1949年入北京人民美工室工作，1956年入地方 美术学院油画系学习，1959年毕业，1960年后任教于地方 美院附中、地方 美院油画系、壁画系，1991年离休，中国美术家协会会员，壁画艺委会委员，作品有《北平解放》、《大开发的前夜》、《花果山》等。
