颜玉祥，1969年生，生于安徽天长，现为中国美术家协会会员，千秋书画院院长。
作品《秋色赋》参加中国美协主办的『世界华人书画展』获『参展奖』；《曙光》参加文明 部、中国美协、地方 电视台等主办的『99迎澳门回归中国画、摄影大展』，获『优秀奖』；《荷塘暮色》参加中国美协主办的《世纪、中国风情》展；《朝阳》参加中国美协主办的『鑫光杯』迎澳门回归中国画精品展；《余晖 》参加中国美协主办『中享杯』全国书画大展；《觅》参加中国美协主办『毛泽东诗词创意画大展』；《花鸟》参加中国文联、中国美协主办《中国美术金彩奖》；（该奖项为中国美术最高奖）；《荷花》参加中国美办主办《21世纪中国画澳大利亚展》；《霜叶红于二月花》参加2004年中国《画坛》年度精品报告展；《梦芙蓉》参加第十六届国际外型 艺术家协会代表大会、美术特展获优秀奖。2006年由杨柳青画社出版《工笔小品画法》颜玉祥绘画集，全国发行，被多所高校作为教材.作品被地方 电视台、美国、澳大利亚、新加坡、日本、韩国等国际友人及美术馆收藏。
