熊郁周(1939.8—)河北故城人。擅长书法、美术设计。1960年至1965年于四机部办电子学院电真空系结业。历任四机部绘图员、设计图标准化检查员；展览处美术设计；中国科学院展览部编辑；1980年任中国美术家协会展览部美术编辑、副编审。中国美协河南创作中心副主任。筹备和策划大、小型画展约百余次，并参与展览画册的编辑、设计工作等。作品有中国画《燕山秋色》、《十海小景》等。
