司徒兆光画作

司徒兆光(1940.6—)。生于香港，本籍 广东开平。擅长雕塑。1959年毕业于地方 美术学院附中。1966年毕业于苏联列宁格勒列宾美术学院雕塑系，是苏联著名雕塑家阿尼库申的先生 。回国后任教于地方 美术学院，历任讲师、副教授、雕塑系第四工作室主任、教授。现为地方 美术学院教授、全国城市雕塑建设指点 委员会委员、全国城雕艺术委员会委员、首都城雕艺术委员会委员。
作品有《读》、《朱德纪念像》、《吴作人》、《雏鹰》等。作品《扬青稞》、《廖公》（为中国美术馆藏）、《妮》等曾获奖。曾为毛主席纪念堂、北京郭沫若故居、北京宋庆龄故居、国家体委、北京奥林匹克体育中心、西昌卫星发射中心、匈牙利著名诗人裴多菲故居博物馆等地创作铜像。在北京、巴黎举行个人作品展览。被授予俄罗斯列宾美术学院荣誉教授称号。
在教学中，他侧重 培养先生 的“空间感觉”，主张“立体地观察对象”，强调“对1 切美好事物具有发自肺腑的爱。”习作的艺术化和创作的速写化，是司徒兆光的特色。其习作强调抒情意味，具有很高的艺术观赏性。在创作中材料 预备 漫长充实，定稿时却始终寻求 1 气呵成的效果。这件《人体》亦习作，亦创作，作者弥漫 的激情，似有水银泻地之感。
1975年完成集体创作的泥塑《农奴愤》。1979年在北京参加九人雕塑作品联展。作品《扬青稞》获北京市美展优秀作品奖。1981年作品《春》等在香港展出。1982年作品《雏鹰》在法国黎春季沙龙展出；为茅盾文学奖奖章创作茅盾浮雕。1983年赴苏联考察城市雕塑。1984年作品《多多》、《背》等参加布达佩斯国际小型雕塑展览；石雕《廖公》获第六届全国美展铜奖；木雕《妮》获北京市美展优秀作品1 等奖。1985年为人民币百元卷创作毛泽东、刘少奇、周恩来、朱德浮雕像；创作完成毛主席纪念堂中朱德大理石像。1986年为国家体委创作贺龙纪念像；应邀访问日本国；创作完成大理石刻《读》，该作品于1987年获全国首届城市雕塑评选"优秀奖"。1987年为匈牙利著名诗人山道尔?裴多菲故居博物馆创作中国作家孙用（第一名 用汉语翻译裴多菲诗的中国作家）铜像。1988年创作完成北京郭沫若故居的郭沫若纪念铜像。
1990年为北京奥林匹克体育中心创作铜像《遐思》；出访新加坡；作品《妮》、《远友》等在新加坡展出。1992年在北京举行首次个人作品展览；赴西欧考察访问，在巴黎举行个人作品展览。1993年在台湾参加雕塑名家5 人展。1994年被授予国家级有突出贡献的艺术家称号。完成西昌卫星发射中心大型雕塑《劲射》；为北京宋庆龄故居创作宋庆龄胸像。1995年创作马寅初、梁思成像。1996年完成贺龙、利瓦伊汉纪念像。1997年创作何香凝像。1999年创作不锈钢像《牦牛》。
