夏肖敏(1924.2—1984.11)浙江温州人。擅长雕塑。1947年在北平国立艺专雕塑系学习，1953年地方 美术学院研讨 生班毕业。曾参加人民英雄纪念碑的兴修 工作。北京市建筑艺术雕塑工厂雕塑师。患癌症后期，将其全部创作355件雕塑献给国家，其中140件是在重病期间创作的。
