何君华,江苏徐州人。擅长油画、中国画、漫画。1950年参加解放军，从事舞台美术及宣扬 工作。历任北京房山评剧团舞台美术设计，房山师范美术教师。作品油画《冬天的凌晨 》、漫画《透视》、《蹉跎岁月》、《某君过后》等分别入选1973年、1977年及第六、七届全国美展。出版有《何君华漫画选》。
客居北京近5 十载。自幼爱画，从事过舞台美术及美术教师等工作。对油画、国画、漫画等，皆有所涉猎。曾多次在国内外举办个人画展，并多次获奖。暮年 有幸得宽余，又对小品画产生了浓厚兴味 。每有所思，即兴挥毫，直抒胸臆，颇有1 画为快之感。
