刘曼华，1963年生于北京，毕业于北京教育学院美术系。中国美术家协会会员；中国美术家协会漫画艺委会委员；中国旧事 漫画研讨 会副会长；现任中国少年儿童旧事 出版总社主任编辑。长时间 从事漫画、版式设计、插图、连环画创作，出版专著有《小哥们儿》漫画集和《漫画--哲学谈》1 书，此外还从事油画、版画、彩墨、剪纸、等艺术情势 的创作。
个人经历
1980年开始在全国各地报刊上发表漫画作品；
1988年开始，创作漫画人物《小哥们儿》在《中国青年报》上连载至2000年止；
1989年作品《特殊地段》入选第七届全国美展；
1990年自编自画了《漫画——哲学谈》，由中国青年出版社出版；
1991年又创作了1 个儿童漫画人物《淘淘皮》，在《中国儿童报》上连载。
1995年开始剪纸创作。
1996年作品《门的构成 》入选韩国“汉城国际漫画艺术”展；
1997年《脚印》在第七届汉城国际漫画大赛中获优越 奖；入选《中国当代漫画家辞典》，浙江人民出版社出版。开始油画创作。
1999年《困惑》入选土耳其第15届国际漫画大赛；《淘淘皮》荣获第9届中国旧事 漫画作品复评暨98年全国旧事 漫画作品年赛铜奖。油画作品《屋中女人》《盲鸟》入选《中国当代绘画艺术》
2000年《赏月》入选第三届中国漫画大展。七幅版面设计入选《当代中国报纸版面精粹》南方日报出版社出版。
2001年参加“中国艺术博览会”
2002年由上海人民出版社出版了漫画专集《小哥们儿》；《彩民心态》入选第四届中国漫画大展；开始彩墨创作。
2003年参加“全国科学漫画、连环画、插图大展”并获优秀奖。参加炎黄艺术馆主办的“新春艺术展”。开始版画创作。
2004年作品《暗影 》入选第5 届中国漫画大展并获优秀奖。
2005年作品《暗影 》及《小哥们儿》两组入选中国当代漫画精品展。《暗影 》发表在《艺术》杂志第十期。
2006年作品《求同》入选第六届中国漫画大展；《淘淘皮》应邀参加土耳其儿童漫画节。油画《无题》发表在《艺术》杂志第5 期。参加嘉德在线拍卖，多幅版画及彩墨被收藏。同年9月在仁画廊举办个人画展。同年12月两幅油画作品入选并参加了在中国美术馆举办的《今日中国美术大展》
2008年8月北京油画协会首届油画展。第七届中国漫画大展。“官方语法”油画联展。798和艺术空间。
2009年《浮生情》个展，798和艺术空间。
2010年第八届“子恺杯”中国漫画大展。
2010年10月“新中国漫画回顾展”（《新民晚报》、恒源祥集团主办）
