何艳荣(1934.8—)女，浙江定海人。擅长儿童美术。1957年开始儿童书籍插图及封面创作。上海少年儿童出版社美术编辑。
作品有《本身 的事本身 做》、《小猴讲卫生》、《芹菜冠军》等。
