邹祥保(1948．61 )江东北 昌人。擅长漫画、宣扬 画、年画。1968年毕业于湖南省第三师范，1970年入湖南师范大学美术系进修。1990年入衡阳市职大群艺班学习。现任湖南省衡南县政协副主席、文明 局副局长。1989年被评为副高级美术师，1988年为中国美术家协会会员、湖南省漫画学会理事、衡阳市美协理事。1984年作品《好邻居》获全国第六届美展优秀奖，1989年《怪圈》、《牵牛记》二件作品入选全国第七届美展。1999年作品《击鼓传花》入选全国第九届美展。前后 有500余件作品在全国、省、市展出、发表或获奖。
