王乐天（1917-1996），笔名蓝本石城、石江、春蕾，上海市人。早年就读于上海育才公学。20世纪30年代起前后 在上海、重庆参加全国漫画作家协会、全国漫画作家抗敌协会，从事抗日和反美反蒋漫画宣扬 工作。建国后，历任交通部供应处上海办事处科员，《漫画》杂志、《光明日报》编辑。中国民主促进会会员。中国旧事 漫画研讨 会常务理事。是第六届全国政协委员。作品有《霸王自供——我就是民主少1 点》、《刀对鞘》等。著有《漫画创作及漫画全集 》。
