张俊秋(1939.7—)江苏南京人。擅长水彩画。1960年毕业于南京师范学院美术系。前后 任江苏兴化师范学校美术教师，江苏扬州漆器厂工艺美术研讨 所设计员，扬州工艺美术学校教师。作品有《大漠落日》入选全国水彩、水粉画展，《雪树银花》、《水乡》、《山涧》、《三峡雨归帆》等。出版《张俊秋·水彩画技法》。
