张胜(1946.1—)天津人。擅长油画。1988年毕业于天津美术学院。现任天津人民美术出版社编辑。作品《兴高采烈 》入选全国年画、宣扬 画、连环画展，《激战天津》入选全国建军美展，《吕梁歌》入选建党70周年全国美展，《灯节》入选第二届中国油画展，《暖冬》入选黄河画展。
