曹士福(1951.12—)辽宁铁岭人。擅长油画。自学绘画。1970年在铁岭县文明 馆、银州区艺术馆工作。铁岭市画院专职画家。作品《乡路》、《烧茶蛋》、《竞走名将——闫红》分别入选第六、七届全国美展及全国体育美展。
