张国友，男，1953年生于天津汉沽，民进会员，现工作于汉沽文明 馆，为中国美术家协会会员，天津美术家协会、摄影家协会会员，中国群文学会会员，天津炎黄文明 研讨 会常务理事，汉沽美术家协会副主席、秘书长，汉沽文明 艺术界党外人士联谊会副会长。
张国友毕业于天津美术学院油画系，多年潜心美术创作、研讨 工作。其作品参加国家级展览2次，市级展览数次，获金奖2次，银奖8次，铜奖2次，优秀奖5次，论文奖1 篇。其作品由国家级、省市级报刊、党报发表数十件，中国美术馆收藏作品1 件，南方报业集团收藏油画1 件。
2007年由北京美术出版社出版了张国友的个人专著《张国友画集》，书当选 录了他多年来的美术佳作35幅。
