费长富吉林长春人。擅长绘画。1966年毕业于沈阳鲁迅美术学院油画系。辽宁美术出版社编辑。作品有宣扬 画《做有道德的人》等。《学习张海迪把1 切献给人民》(合作)获全国宣扬 画展览1 等奖，《祖国万岁》(合作)在第三届全国年画展览获奖。
