安杰，男，1946年生，1965年毕业吉林师范学校，1980年进修吉林艺术学院。现任吉林省梅河口市文明 馆美术创作室主任，高级美术师，市政协委员。中国美术家协会会员，吉林省美协理事、通化市政协画院特聘画师。96年被省评为有突出贡献专业科技人员，享用 政府津贴。
