毛凤德，1935年12月生于北京。擅长油画。1960年地方 美术学院油画系毕业留校，同年入浙江美术学院罗马尼亚博巴油画训练班进修。历任地方 美院油画系、版画系、美术史系教师、讲师、副教授。作品有《锻工》、《新疆姑娘》、《师徒》、《白素贞》、《出版之前》、《大车把式》、《南方水乡集市》、《嘟噜河之春》、《神仙 球》等。1 些作品参加过国内外展出并被收藏。曾赴巴基斯坦.美国从事创作活动。
