管建新(1959.6—)浙江丽水人。擅长油画。杭州师范大学美术学院教授、副院长；中国油画学会理事、浙江省油画家协会副主席、中国美术家协会会员、美国肖像画家协会会员。
1982年毕业于浙江美术学院油画系。浙江师范大学美术系副教授。作品《儿歌》入选庆祝建军60周年全国美展，《山里秋天》入选首届中国油画展，《父辈读过的书》入选第八届全国美展。出版有《管建新油画人物创作专集》、《管建新油画风景创作专集》等。
