邬华敏（1954年11月—）重庆人。擅长油画。1991毕业于重庆社会大学美术系油画专业。现为重庆铁路分局重庆西俱乐部主任、政工师。作品曾入选全国美展及年画展。
作品《敬爱的元帅——徐向前、陈毅》获第三届全国年画展1 等奖、第六届全国美展金奖，中国美术馆收藏，编入《中国新文艺大系》美术集.第5 卷，《高瞻远瞩》获第四届全国年画展铜奖，油画《金秋》获全国职工美展1 等奖等。2002－2003年应邀成为《红岩启示录》主创人员之1 ，创作《周恩来》、《叶剑英舌战群儒》编入《中国古代 美术全集》、《董必武单刀赴会》、《民主之家》等大型油画。
