周伟民，1958年3月生，黑龙江省东宁人，毕业于哈尔滨师范大学美术系。现任中国画家协会会员，中国美术家协会黑龙江分会会员，黑龙江省民间艺术家协会会员，黑龙江省水彩艺术协会会员，黑龙江省摄影艺术协会会员，牡丹江美术家协会理事。工作于中华人民共和国东宁海关，特长 于水彩画、指纹画、摄影、收藏。美术和摄影作品曾多次参加省及国内各种画展并获奖。特别 指纹画与俄罗斯、澳大利亚、韩国、日本、荷兰等国敌对 人士交流并收藏，作品及艺术简历被收录的书典有《中国书画篆刻名人大全》、《中国民间1 绝名人录》、《中华热土精品册》等。指纹画《并非捞月》参加全国92年中日敌对 观光年获三等奖。水彩画《农家院》参加全国建党80周年画展获三等奖，作品被国家和海关总署收藏。
