齐潇(1966.9—)河北邯郸人。擅长油画。毕业于河北师大美术系油画专业、地方 美院壁画系研讨 生班、地方 美院油画系创作研讨 班。现为地方 美术学院讲师。作品《孔夫子讲学》入选第八届全国美展，《山中》入选第三届全国水彩、粉画展览，《草地魂》入选全国建军70周年美展。
生于河北省邯郸。河北省邯郸师专美术系。1990年毕业于河北师大美术系油画专业，获学士学位。1995年结业于地方 美院壁画系助教班，1997年毕业于地方 美院第九届油画创作研修班。现为中国家协会会员、邯郸学院美术系副教授。
1990年“全国书画约请 展”、“美国纽约国际艺术大展”；1991年“河北省美展”获银奖；1993年“两岸美术观摩展”、“赴美作品巡回画展”；1994年“第八届全国美展”并获“河北美展”金奖；1995年获日本“村上美术馆”优秀奖；1997年“中国艺术大展”、“第九届全国美展”；2000年“中国建设精品画展”获金奖；2004年“河北精品美展”获铜奖；2006年参加“中俄当代油画名家约请 展”等。作品收藏：中国国家博物馆、日本村上美术馆、澳门艺术博物馆、银川美术馆、晋冀鲁豫烈士陵园、中国地方 电视台、台北艺术家画廊、瑞士画廊、美国约瑟夫博士、日本和韩国艺术爱好者等。
