山彦，1964年6月生于郑州。1982年至1985年郑州市青少年宫学习绘画；1989年毕业于浙江美术学院油画系本科，获学士学位；2004年毕业于中国美术学院油画系退职 研讨 生班。1989年至今任教于河南大学艺术学院美术系，从事油画专业的本科及研讨 生的教学工作。
现为河南大学艺术学院美术系副教授，中国美术家协会会员。
作品
毕业创作《黑马河人家》入选“第七节全国美术作品展”获“浙江省第七节美术作品展”优秀奖。
作品《丁香花.樱花》入选“中国首届油画精品展”获三等奖；
作品《高原的太阳》入选“纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美术作品展”获河南区金奖；
作品《静逸》入选“中国美术家协会第六十次新人新作展”；
作品《金色的阳光》入选“第二届中国美术金彩奖作品展”；
作品《拉拉队员》入选“第十届全国美术作品展”获“河南省第十届美术作品展”金奖；

作品入选河南省八、九、十届美展，多次参加省美术综合美展及专业单项展并多次获得1 二三等奖；作品及论文多次在《美术观察》，《江苏画刊》。《河南日报》，《河南教育》等国家级专业报刊杂志发表，多次获得省教委颁发的科研论文奖，参与完成河南省教委的科研项目。
