张希华(1939.2—)满族，辽宁彰武人。擅长油画。1959年考入鲁迅美术学院油画系，1964年毕业分配到辽宁省美术家协会创作组从事专业创作，1979年调辽宁美术馆，1982年改建辽宁画院任专职画家。现为中国美术家协会会员，辽宁鸭绿江水彩画会副会长，国家1 级美术师（教授）。
近年来曾三次赴新加坡举办油画个展、联展，部分作品被中国美术馆收藏，作品有《插队落户第1 夜》、《迎亲》、《赵1 曼》等。《白山魂》获1987年建军六十周年佳作奖。

It is Chinese artist academician now, aquarelle of Liaoning duck green river is met vice-chairman, country division of one class art (professor) .
 Ever went to Singapore 3 times to hold canvas in recent years exhibit, couplet is exhibited, partial work is collected by Chinese art gallery, work has " go and settle in the countryside the first night " , " greet close " , " Zhao Yiman " etc. " white hill fetch " obtain founded an army 60 years 1987 award of an excellent work.
