龚东庆，男，1960年出生。广东北 宁人。现为桂林电子科技大学艺术与设计学院教授，硕士生导师，中国美术家协会会员。广西高校高级职称系列评委，广西普通高校艺术招生考试专家组成员。毕业于广西艺术学院油画专业，获学士学位。结业于广州美术学院油画高级研修班。多年来创作了1 批作品参加国家级美术作品或公开发表。
作品《阳光下》获93博雅全国油画大赛优秀奖作品《织》《驰》分别入选第5 次和第七次全国水彩、粉画作品展，《泊》入选中国美协第十5 次新人新作品展，作品《凌晨 的花园》入选全国写生作品展等。另外多件作品获省级展览银奖、铜奖和优秀奖。并在《人民日报》、地方 电视台、《美术》、《中国油画》、《中国水彩》及台湾的《典藏》、《艺术家》等媒体杂志介绍和发表，出版个人画集和主编高校教材3部，掌管 省级教改课题1 项。在核心期刊发表论文6篇。曾获1994年曾宪梓教育基金会——全国高等师范院校教师奖三等奖。
