付植桂河北武清人。擅长油画。1953年毕业于地方 美术学院，1963年结业于地方 美术学院油画研讨 生班。曾在吉林省美术工作室、吉林省群众艺术馆、吉林艺专工作，吉林艺术学院教研室主任。作品《又添加 了二分》(合作)、《清晨》、《东方红》、《毛主席视察汽车厂铸造分厂》、《敬爱的周总理我们永久 怀念您》(合作)、《今朝更好看》等多次在全国美展展出并被收藏。编辑出版《职工漫画全集 》等。
