孙才清，1957年生，毕业于浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）油画专业，中国美术家协会会员，湖北省美术家协会理事，宜昌市美术家协会主席。宜昌市群艺馆副副研讨 馆员。湖北省美术院特聘艺术家。
