娄齐贵(1943.9—)湖北武汉人。擅长水粉画、油画。曾在解放军部队从事美术工作，历任长江文艺出版社连环画编辑室主任、湖北少年儿童出版社副总编辑。作品有《跨过奇穷河、全克凉山市》、《狼牙山5 勇士 》、《毛主席的好参谋长》(合作)等。
