钱文（别名 钱十茁）教授、中国美术家协会会员、油画家　1963年1月生于吉林东丰、1986年毕业于东北师范大学美术系、1995~1997年在地方 美术学院油画系第九届硕士研讨 生课程班学习。
1994年油画《下午三点十分》参加第二届全国教师美术作品展览并被评为获奖作品（军事物馆博）、1998年《自行车》组画参加地方 美术学院油画系硕士研讨 生课程班毕业展（中国美术馆)、1998年《艺术杂感》发表在《当代学院艺术》上、2003年论文《美术教育中的情商培养》发表在《光明日报》上、2004年3幅油画作品《风、雨、雪》参加在巴黎举办的《东方即景》油画展(法国巴黎中国文明 中心）、2004年荣获吉林省社会科学联合会首次社会科学《优秀成果奖》、1998年入选香港国际交流出版社《世界名人录》、2010年9月油画《关东娃》参加鲁迅美术学院美术馆举办《关东画派》大展（沈阳鲁美美术馆）、2010年1月文章《美术教育与人文主义精神的培养》发表在《光明日报》上、2010年入选《世界艺术品网》《美术报》2009年度前500名中国优秀艺术家排行榜、2010年油画《鸡》系列参加在英国伯明翰《中国容颜》中国油画展、2011年油画《关东娃》参加关东画派进京展（北京军博）、2011年油画《关东十月》参加中国美协《化境长城外——吾土吾民油画约请 展》（沈阳鲁美美术馆）、2011年油画《关东娃》参加吉林省美术进京展（北京中国美术馆）。
